Delivery Timeframes
- Karachi: 1-2 business days
- Other major cities: 2-4 business days
- Remote areas: 5-6 business days
Delivery times are estimates and can vary slightly based on your location and courier availability.
Areas We Cover
We currently deliver nationwide, with a few exceptions: villages, chak number addresses, post office box addresses, and Azad Kashmir are not currently serviced. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll confirm.
Order Processing
Orders confirmed before 4 PM are typically dispatched the same working day. Orders confirmed after this time are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If you're unavailable, your parcel will be held for 24-48 hours to allow time to reschedule. Please keep your phone accessible, our riders will contact you directly via call or WhatsApp as your order approaches.
Public Holidays
We don't dispatch or deliver on Sundays or public holidays. During peak periods or extreme weather, deliveries may take slightly longer than usual, we appreciate your patience.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive updates via WhatsApp or a direct call from our delivery rider as your package makes its way to you.
Cash on Delivery / Bank Transfer
Orders can be placed via Cash on Delivery or advance bank transfer at the time of ordering. For bank transfer orders, please share your payment confirmation so we can process your order promptly. For COD orders, please have the exact amount ready if possible, this helps our riders serve you and other customers faster.
